How to choose your hoodie fabric
Classified by style
Fleece Style
Based on same gsm,fleece inside will be 30%-50% thicker than terry inside,more suitable for wearing in winter for cold regions and keeping warm.
French Terry Style
Based on same gsm,terry inside will be 30%-50% thiner than fleece inside,suitable for hot regions,wearing in spring or autumn.
Classified by fabric gram weight
(generally range from 190-380gsm)
- Less than 280gsm, relatively thin
- Between 280-320gsm, medium thickness
- More than 320gsm, relatively thick
Classified by fabric composition
- 100% cotton or 100% polyester
- Cotton blend polyester,such as 80/20, 60/40 etc.

1.Confirm The Design
You can send us your design file and logo art.We will make it in 2D or 3D design for you.If you don’t have,we can provide free mock up and design.
2.Confirm The Fabric
We choose the fabric to match your design and color.If you want to use specific fabric,we can customize.If you want to do some fabric test,we can also help.
3.Customize Sample
After the confirmation,we make a sample for you as your design.The production time is 3-5 days.Then send it to you.The lead time is 3-5 days by DHL.
4.Bulk Production
After you confirm the sample,we start bulk production.We will prepare all the fabric and accessories.The production will be started 5-7 days after the confirmation.
5.Quality Check
Our professional QC Team will check the quality in every step of the bulk production.Before shippment,we will also double check the quantity and other details.
6.Order Shipping
We ship your order to you.You can choose all the ways of shipping.Ocean,sea,land transportation is all available.
