We always use polar fleece fabric as the lining.
A lightweight, warm and soft fabric, fleece has some of wool’s good qualities but weighs a fraction of the lightest available woolens. Fleece is categorised by weight – in gsm, or grams per square metre. Polar fleece garments traditionally come in different thicknesses: micro, 100, 200, and 300, with 300 being the thickest and least flexible.

You can send us your design file and logo art.We will make it in 2D or 3D design for you.If you don’t have,we can provide free mock up and design.
2.Confirm The Fabric
We choose the fabric to match your design and color.If you want to use specific fabric,we can customize.If you want to do some fabric test,we can also help.
3.Customize Sample
After the confirmation,we make a sample for you as your design.The production time is 3-5 days.Then send it to you.The lead time is 3-5 days by DHL.
4.Bulk Production
After you confirm the sample,we start bulk production.We will prepare all the fabric and accessories.The production will be started 5-7 days after the confirmation.
5.Quality Check
Our professional QC Team will check the quality in every step of the bulk production.Before shippment,we will also double check the quantity and other details.
6.Order Shipping
We ship your order to you.You can choose all the ways of shipping.Ocean,sea,land transportation is all available.
Manufacturing Process
1.Customize&Design Sample
Bofore bulk order production.We will send a custom sample as your design for you.Our professional designer will make a free mock up for your design in 3D.Then send a 3D picture to you.You can change any of the details.After you confirm the design,we move to next stage.
2.Sample Production
Our pattern maker will make a sample accorrding to the design you customize.The sample production is 3-5 days.We ship the sample to you by DHL door to door.The lead time is 5-7 days.
3.Bulk Order Production
When you receive your sample,if you are not satisfied.You can change any details with contacting your customer representative.After you confirm the sample,your order will be sent to our factory starting bulk order production.Normally it starts within 7-10 days after your confirmation.
4.Quality Check and Shippment
Before the shippment,our QC Team will check all the details and the quality.You can choose any of the shippment.Normally we choose Ocean Transportation,it’s cheap,if you are not in a hurry.If you don’t have plan,we will recommend the best shippment solution to you.
